Location: Melbourne
Ideal role for experienced Childcare professional. Engross a great group of children in exciting and engaging activities. Build strong relationships.

This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career, managing a large and challenging – yet rewarding – OSHC program set in the heart of Hawthorn. You will be working with a great group of kids who are desperate to have their needs met through an engaging OSHC program. To assist you in implementing this, you will have a small team of dedicated assistants, as well as the use of a dedicated OSHC space with a stage for drama or music performances, an adjoined kitchen for creative cooking activities, and playground, grass oval and turf spaces for outdoor games.

This program welcomes up to 45 children daily who have a variety of interests – all kids are active and love outdoor activities, but also enjoy indoor activities – construction and art and crafts being their absolute favourites.

As the key contact between Camp Australia, the children and the school community, you will excel in relationship building and will be adept at directing children’s behaviour. You will also be required to complete critical administration.

We aren’t content with just being the leading OSHC provider in Australia – we are striving to be recognised as a world leader in education and care for primary aged children. To achieve this, we put children at the heart of everything we do, priding ourselves on being a child safe organisation.

To help promote our child first philosophy, our Coordinator roles continue to be child facing roles, meaning you will spend your time in the programs engaging and interacting with children while our fantastic support teams work behind the scenes to ensure all of our programs run smoothly.
