As an Educator, you will support the delivery of our educational programs onsite to guide children’s growth everyday! 

You will support our school partnerships and the families who entrust their children to our care. You model behaviours that support each child to grow and achieve their developmental outcomes.

Yes. The great thing about Camp Australia as an Educator is that you can choose what shifts, with a minimum of three per week, work for you based on your study requirements.

Yes, we have a comprehensive onboarding program to support skill development. The great news is it does not stop there. We have learning and development opportunities at every stage of your career.

Yes. At Camp Australia, we encourage internal mobility and you can find roles on our internal job website and apply for roles through our internal application process.

Depending on your location, as a casual Educator, you may be required to work at different services depending on the demand. You have the ability to set up a limit on the distance you would be willing to travel.

We require team members to be available a minimum of three afternoons weekly.

As a casual Educator, you will be free to attend your preferred shifts, which are subject to availability.
