THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Lead our Western Australian business Develop and execute regional strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
  • Set a strategic vision for the state that considers the sector (competition), stakeholders, any gap in the market and opportunities to innovate.
  • Build a culture of performance in your management team so they are engaged and motivated to achieve their goals and embrace professional development and growth.
  • Foster operational, cultural and behavioural change to improve how we operate and inspire our field teams to excel in the performance of their roles and delighting our customers and partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of operational improvements, ensuring services meet customer expectations and regulatory standards.
  • You'll have full P&L ownership to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Analyse market trends and opportunities to ensure the business remains competitive and innovative .

ABOUT YOU

  • You've demonstrated excellent leadership ability managing a dispersed team in a highly regulated operating environment. 
  • You're passionate about making an impact within the school communities we serve and guiding Children's growth.
  • You are results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • You're resilient and able to channel stressful situations to a positive outcome.
  • You've got a collaborative and inclusive leadership style that has helped you to build and grow high performing teams.
  • Your leadership experience demonstrates your ability to successfully embed cultural and behavioural change.
  • You know how to communicate effectively and have an ability to pitch messaging at all levels of the organisation and externally to partners and parents. 
  • Your background and roles illustrates your leadership experience in a Childcare or OSHC sector, or other highly regulated industry.
  • You hold a good understanding of the Outside School Hours Care industry, including current educational practices and pedagogies (preferred)
