Service Leader
The Service Leader role is an important role in providing our services to the schools who partner with us and the families who entrust their children to our care. As a Service Leader, you are a leader who manages the people in your services to ensure the best education and care is provided for the children who use the CA program and guide children’s growth.
The role includes being the Responsible Person for the service ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework. In managing the leadership and development of your people, you and the team will build a sense of trust within the service and model behaviours that support each child to grow and achieve their developmental outcomes.
