We pay above award wage rates, and our pay rate is based on the experience and qualifications of each individual. 

Yes. The great thing about Camp Australia as an Educator is that you can choose what shifts, with a minimum of three per week, work for you based on your study requirements.

Yes, we have a comprehensive onboarding program to support skill development. The great news is it does not stop there. We have learning and development opportunities at every stage of your career.

Yes. At Camp Australia, we encourage internal mobility and you can find roles on our internal job website and apply for roles through our internal application process.

Depending on your location, as a casual Educator, you may be required to work at different services depending on the demand. You have the ability to set up a limit on the distance you would be willing to travel.

We require team members to be available a minimum of three afternoons weekly.

As a casual Educator, you will be free to attend your preferred shifts, which are subject to availability.
