Our unique program, eduCAte, gives you the skills required for a fulfilling career in guiding children's growth. Through eduCAte we partner with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to provide you with access to free vocational qualifications for the Early Years and Outside School Hours Care sectors. You get paid to learn, get support from our Learning and Development Team and have peer-to-peer connections with other educators who are on the learning journey with you!

Aspiring Leaders program

Our Aspiring Leaders Program is a career development pathway supporting our high-performing coordinators' professional development, taking them on a learning journey. The program includes modules on people and business leadership and learning more about the infrastructure and resources we have at Camp Australia. This curriculum supports service excellence ensuring graduates are ready to step into a role as a Regional Manager, Service Director, or one of the many roles in the corporate team.
