We’re on the lookout for our next IT Operations Manager to take the reins and ensure the smooth, efficient delivery of IT services across Camp Australia! You’ll lead a talented team, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and keep our vital IT infrastructure running like clockwork. THE OPPORTUNITY

• Lead a diverse IT Operations team, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure operations, including incident and problem management, service desk management, and cloud-based technologies (Azure).
• Ensure the efficient delivery of IT services with minimal business impact, while continuously identifying cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders and the Global Service Centre (GSC) to align IT operations with business goals and strategies.
• Oversee technology adoption and the implementation of a cloud-first strategy.
• Maintain and manage financial aspects of IT infrastructure, including evaluating costs, reporting on cloud costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key internal stakeholders.
• Champion a customer-focused IT service model, ensuring that all employees can easily access support for hardware and software issues.

 ABOUT YOU

• Proven leadership experience in managing IT Service Delivery teams within large, nationwide operations.
• Strong hands-on technical experience in IT systems management, cloud environments (especially Microsoft Azure), and infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex project outcomes.
• IT certifications, particularly in Microsoft Cloud technologies, Networking, and mobile communications. Security qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and financial management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
