The Opportunity
As our National Bid Manager, you will own and lead the end-to-end Bid Management Process driving the development of persuasive tenders, EOIs, proposals, and pitch presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition and win themes.
This is a high-impact leadership role where strategy meets storytelling. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across the business to produce submissions that don’t just meet requirements - they stand out.
What You’ll Do
• Own and continuously enhance the national Bid Management Process, leveraging OSHC expertise to ensure every submission clearly reflects Camp Australia’s value proposition and win themes.
• Lead the development of compelling, high-quality tender responses through strategic storytelling, content optimisation, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage and mentor internal and external Bid Writers while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across the business.
• Make strategic adjustments to final submissions to maximise win probability while maintaining commercial integrity and margin targets.
