This pivotal role supports onsite and remote teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
You’ll provide expert guidance, coaching and leadership to Child Wellbeing & Learning Partners and service teams, ensuring quality, compliance and continuous improvement remain at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor teams on NQF, NQS and legislation, lead Educational Leader training, and drive best-practice to achieve quality and Exceeding outcomes
Ensure regulatory compliance by staying current with NQS changes, improving governance, developing quality tools, and supporting assessments and reassessments.
Drive the development and implementation of CAWAY tools, support Regional Managers as educational leaders, and ensure program quality, consistency, and impact across services.
• Foster strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders, coordinate regulatory meetings, and report on Camp Australia’s NQS performance.
About You
You’re a confident educational leader with a strong background in early learning, OSHC and/or vacation care, and a passion for quality and child wellbeing. You’re comfortable influencing outcomes beyond your direct control and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
