Key Responsibilities
Operational and Administrative Support- Provide administrative support to the Service Support team, including coordinating meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions, and supporting Emergency Response meetings.
Compliance and Regulatory Support- Support regulatory and legislative requirements, including service approvals, incident notifications, food registrations, and reporting to regulatory authorities.
Data, Reporting and Documentation- Maintain and organise operational documentation and records, track key compliance tasks, and manage the Operations SharePoint site
Stakeholder Engagement- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, regulators, schools, and external partners through responsive communication and support.
Operational Support- Support operational administration including meeting preparation, expense reconciliation, and providing assistance to the Product & Quality and Executive teams as required.
About You: Skills and Experience
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with systems, data and compliance processes.
• 3+ years’ experience in an operations or administrative support role with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience managing documentation, reports and compliance processes, with the ability to maintain accurate records and support regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems.
• Experience with regulatory systems or data tools such as PRODA, NQAITS, Power BI or SQL, and knowledge of the childcare or education sector frameworks (NQF, MTOP, EYLF) is desirable.
