What You’ll Do ​

As part of our Work & Earn Educator Program, you’ll be paid while you train, combining on the job learning with a structured, supported qualification pathway. You’ll gain real experience in a local school setting with mentoring and study support built into your role allowing you to earn an income, learn new skills and work towards a recognised qualification at the same time - with an ongoing placement at the completion of your studies!​

Who You Are and What We Are Looking For​

You don’t need to be a qualified educator to apply - we’re looking for people who are motivated, reliable and ready to grow with us. ​

•    A genuine interest in working with primary aged children and contributing to their learning, play and wellbeing ​

•    A positive, caring attitude and a willingness to learn on the job while completing a paid for and supported qualification ​

•    Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team ​

•    A commitment to being organised, dependable and committed to following safety and compliance requirements ​

•    The ability to balance work and study with support from mentors and your training provider ​

•    A desire to build a long term career locally while staying connected to your community ​
