We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Finance team, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and insightful financial analysis that drives smarter business decisions. This is a highly visible role where your work will directly influence the organisation’s growth and impact.

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will partner closely with the FP&A Manager and wider Finance team to:

• Support the end-to-end annual budgeting cycle, reforecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Co-own and develop financial models, including GM & OPEX, 5-year plans, and cash flow models.
• Deliver actionable insights through detailed analysis of financial and non-financial data, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Assist in monthly board reporting, GM variance analysis, and scenario planning.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to support commercial decisions and ongoing system transitions (e.g., Snowflake integration, new accounting software).

Who You Are:

• CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) with 5+ years’ experience in financial planning, commercial finance, or similar roles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Able to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Experienced in service-based business environments, with a strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.
