THE ROLE

We are currently on the hunt for an inspiring leader Service Director – to join our action-packed Before and After-School Care services located in Ballarat. This is a rare full-time opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career by managing and overseeing multi-site services.

As a multi-site Service Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading not just one, but multiple services across the Ballarat region. Your 38-hour work week will include a blend of rostered operational hours and flexible non-contact admin hours. These admin hours can be tailored to suit your lifestyle and spread across the week to best support your services.

ABOUT YOU

• Completed or studying towards a childcare related Diploma or equivalent
• You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• You have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)
• Available 7.00am-9:00am and 2:30pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday 
• Admin time will make up the 38 hour weekly contract
• You hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate  (or are willing to obtain one)
