About the Role

As an National Quality Framework Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to the Service Support Manager and the broader operations team. You will help ensure our organisation meets all operational and regulatory requirements while supporting projects and initiatives that enhance service delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Support team, ensuring timely completion of operational tasks.
  • Coach and mentor the Operations team on regulatory documentation, including notifications, non-compliances, and Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Review, submit, and manage regulatory reports and evidence through relevant authority portals.
  • Investigate incidents, initiate corrective actions, and maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and other legislation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with regulators, partners, and internal stakeholders, while managing service documentation and supporting ongoing service excellence.

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience & Knowledge: 3+ years in operations or administrative roles, ideally within the childcare or related sectors. Previous experience with regulatory reporting systems such as PRODA or NQAITS is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Understanding of the NQAITS portal, MTOP, EYLF, and other Australian Curriculum or Approved Learning Frameworks.
  • Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing outcomes across diverse teams and priorities.
