We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in one of our most impactful national initiatives -The Service Delivery Standardisation Program. This is your chance to be part of something transformative, supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery across hundreds of sites nationwide.

 

About the Role

As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-impact national project, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to execution.

Working closely with the Project Manager and a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll provide coordination, communication, documentation, and reporting support to ensure the successful rollout of standardised practices across our OSHC and vacation care programs.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and actions with precision.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and version control (MS365/SharePoint).
  • Support meetings, workshops, and communications with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with drafting key deliverables including guidebooks, manuals, and resources.
  • Monitor milestones, budgets, and KPIs -escalating issues where needed.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (with support) to aid process improvement.
  • Contribute to post-implementation reviews and sustainability checks.

 

 About You

  • You’re a natural organiser who thrives on structure, detail, and timelines.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally - both written and verbal.
  • You’re proactive, curious, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
  • You’re comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing sensitive info.

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years in a project coordination or program support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Planner, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Exposure to project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) a plus.
  • Experience in OSHC, education, or service-based industries preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge desirable but not essential.
