We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Service Delivery Transformation Program - a nationally coordinated initiative to standardise, optimise, and elevate our OSHC and Rocketeers programs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Deliver: Lead a strategically important, Lean-driven transformation project-delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Standardise & Simplify: Map current processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement standardised operating models across term time and vacation care.
• Engage & Influence: Bring together cross-functional teams, lead co-design workshops, and embed new practices through training, toolkits, and change management.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Align with the National Quality Standards and embed systems for continuous improvement.
• Report & Track Success: Monitor benefits realisation and regularly report progress to the Executive team.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-site transformation projects
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred) and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change leadership skills.
• Strong operational and financial acumen - you're confident tracking ROI and implementation success.
• A passion for delivering child-centred, scalable solutions that enhance quality and consistency.
• Experience working in or with the OSHC or early childhood sector is a strong advantage.
