Service Manager

As the Service Manager, you lead and develop the team at your service to guide children’s growth through the program. You are the Educational Leader and Responsible Person at your service.

Your role is critical in providing our services to the schools that partner with us and the families who entrust their children to our care. As the service's Responsible Person and Educational Leader, you ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework. In leading and developing your people, you and the team will build a sense of trust within the service and model behaviours that support each child to grow and achieve their developmental outcomes.
